HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

Measure the length between the edge of your heel and the tip of your big toe. You can use a sheet of paper, planting the foot on top to make it easier.

It’s common for one foot to be a bit bigger than the other, so we recommend measuring both. You should also consider an additional 0.5cm if you prefer a slightly loose fit.

Free shipping on all orders over USD220, and always free for VIP customers when logged in.

If you'd like to purchase products with different availabilities, you can request to split your order into separate shipments at checkout (extra cost).

Duties and import taxes are not included.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Purchases made from 17th November 2025 can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2026. For orders delivered after December 31st, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, in line with our standard return policy.

We will only process returns and exchanges for ALOHAS items that are in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged.

Kindly note that items bought from third-party vendors should be returned to them directly. For detailed return instructions, we suggest reaching out to the respective retailer.

All orders to the U.S. continue to have taxes and duties included in the price.
