Free shipping on all orders over 150€, and always free for VIP customers when logged in.

If you'd like to purchase products with different availabilities, you can request to split your order into separate shipments at checkout (extra cost).

Duties and import taxes are not included.

*If you are shopping from or shipping to any non-UE countries (except the UK), like Mexico or Canada, additional charges may apply upon delivery.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.

We will only process returns for ALOHAS items that are in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged.

Kindly note that items bought from third-party vendors should be returned to them directly. For detailed return instructions, we suggest reaching out to the respective retailer.
