Free shipping on all orders over AUD350, and always free for VIP customers when logged in.

If you'd like to purchase products with different availabilities, you can request to split your order into separate shipments at checkout (extra cost).

Duties and import taxes are not included.

*If you are shopping from or shipping to any non-UE countries (except the UK), like Mexico, Switzerland or Canada, additional charges may apply upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Purchases made from 17th November 2025 can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2026. For orders delivered after December 31st, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, in line with our standard return policy.

We will only process returns and exchanges for ALOHAS items that are in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged.

Kindly note that items bought from third-party vendors should be returned to them directly. For detailed return instructions, we suggest reaching out to the respective retailer.
