Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.

We will only process returns for ALOHAS items that are in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged.

Kindly note that items bought from third-party vendors should be returned to them directly. For detailed return instructions, we suggest reaching out to the respective retailer.

How to measure your feet

Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against a wall and plant your foot with the heel leaning on it. Make sure you’re standing on a hard, smooth surface - hardwood or tiles will do.

Mark the tip of the big toe with a pen and use a ruler to measure the distance between this point and the edge of the sheet. Unless you’re really good at yoga, you might need to ask another person to help you with this.

If you like your footwear to fit slightly loose, we recommend considering an additional 0.5 cm so that your toes can enjoy a little extra wiggle room.

Repeat the same process with the other foot. Don’t worry if you end up with two different lengths -  it’s quite common for feet to be one slightly bigger than the other.

So cute!!

I’m not normally a sandal girl but I really like these! They’re comfortable, and the straps are soft. I will say that I’ve only worn them a few times and the back strap has noticeably stretched out and loosened. I already had it on the tightest strap, so now it’s too loose and I can’t tighten it more. It’s understandable that the suede will stretch with wear, but I wish they could’ve added a few more notches. Other than that, they are so cute! I’ve already gotten so many compliments on them. I got the Khaki colorway, and they look true to the photos. I’m already thinking about getting another pair.
